I offer a bespoke service to all clients both new and existing. I personally project manage cases from start to finish, liaising with Lenders, Underwriters, Solicitors and, if applicable, the selling Estate Agents so they can keep their vendors fully informed as to what is happening with their property sale. If things go wrong I will get involved and put things back on track. One delighted client even bought me a mug saying “If Dave cannot fix it no one can“ which I am so proud of I will not drink out of it! It has pride of place on display in my office alongside the many thank you cards I have received over the years from many happy clients.
